3. Commissions

• Earning Commissions: Affiliates earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate links. The commission rate will be specified in your affiliate account.
• Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid out monthly, provided that the total commission balance meets the minimum payout threshold. Payments are made via cryptocurrency, as specified during registration.

4. Affiliate Obligations

• Prohibited Activities: Affiliates must not engage in any of the following activities:
  • Misleading or deceptive marketing practices.

• Content Restrictions: Affiliates are prohibited from promoting Cryptobolic on websites or platforms that contain illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.

5. Intellectual Property

As an affiliate, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use Cryptobolic’s trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products and services. All rights to these materials remain with Cryptobolic, and you agree not to modify or misuse them.

6. Termination

• Termination by Cryptobolic: Cryptobolic reserves the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without cause. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these terms, inactivity, or engagement in prohibited activities.
• Termination by Affiliate: You may terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time by notifying Cryptobolic in writing.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you must cease all promotion of Cryptobolic, remove affiliate links from your platforms, and forfeit any unpaid commissions that do not meet the minimum payout threshold.

7. Liability

Cryptobolic is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program. We make no guarantees regarding the success of your affiliate efforts or the amount of commissions you will earn.

8. Modifications

Cryptobolic reserves the right to modify these Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through their affiliate account. Continued participation in the program after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
